2. Information We Collect
Account information including name, username, phone or email for verification. Optional personalization data to improve AI reports — never shown publicly.
- We never collect payment card details — handled by Stripe
- We never collect GPS location or phone contacts
3. How Anonymity Works
When you give feedback, your identity is protected at the database level using Row Level Security. Even TellMe staff cannot link a response to a user without a court order.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Period. We work with Supabase (database), Anthropic Claude (AI), and Stripe (payments) — all contractually required to protect your data.
5. Your Rights
- Access — request a copy of your data
- Deletion — delete your account and all data in settings
- Portability — receive your data in machine-readable format

TellMe is an anonymous feedback platform available at www.tellmeapp.net. These Terms govern your use of all TellMe services.
2. Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to use TellMe. Providing false age information violates these Terms and may violate COPPA and GDPR laws.
3. Prohibited Content
- Hate speech of any kind
- Threats or targeted harassment
- Sexual content
- Defamation or doxxing
- Spam or coordinated inauthentic behavior
4. The Anonymous System
When you give feedback your identity is never revealed. Anonymity may only be compromised if required by valid court order or if feedback contains a credible threat of violence.
5. TellMe Pro
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds per applicable app store policy.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
